I was approached by my previous employer, when I worked in an insurance company, with an offer to work at RESPECT. After interviewing with HR and my former supervisor, I decided to accept the offer for the Corporate Broker position. The offer was a challenge, especially the opportunity to manage and set up insurance programs for industrial companies and continue to pursue large risk insurance. At the same time, I was also convinced by the working environment and the company's brand.

I started as a broker, from which, after about 5 years, I moved to a sales manager position. Since 2019, I have been working as a Regional Development Director. What I enjoy most is the variety of work and the diversity of the clients I work with.

It is a strong Czech company with a significant brand name in the insurance market. There is working in smaller teams with direct contact with management, which allows for new ideas and flexible solutions. Last but not least, there is the opportunity for career development and great personal progression. I appreciate that this is not a foreign corporate company.

Profil uchazeče záleží na pozici, na kterou se hlásí. Ale především bych zdůraznila nutnost samostatnosti a schopnosti se neustále učit novým věcem, doplňovat aktivně vzdělání a uplatňovat své zkušenosti. V naší společnosti je důležité být proaktivní a nebát se přijít s novými nápady. Uchazeči musí počítat s tím, že je práce náročná, ale tím zajímavá a dobře ohodnocená.

Uchazeč by se měl připravit a vyhledat si informace, v čem jaká pozice spočívá a co může nabídnout, měl by mít povědomí o firmě, představu o pracovní pozici a vlastním rozvoji.
