Zdeněk Reibl Received the Prestigious Management Excellence Award for the RehaGym Project

Zdeněk Reibl, founder of RESPECT and philanthropist, received the Management Excellence Award at the Czech Top 100 gala evening for the innovative RehaGym concept. At the beginning of the ceremony, he also presented awards to the most prominent companies.

RESPECT was recognized during the prestigious Czech Top 100 gala event, which has been evaluating Czech companies since 1994 and, based on objective criteria, ranks the most significant and most admired companies in the Czech Republic. The Management Excellence Award is presented to individuals who demonstrate long-term managerial professionalism, strategic leadership, and consistent achievement of corporate goals.

Zdeněk Reibl received the award for his visionary leadership and, above all, for founding the groundbreaking RehaGym concept. RehaGym represents a unique environment where health, prevention, and long-term sustainability of movement are the top priorities. The project combines modern rehabilitation methods with knowledge from physiotherapy, coaching, and personal experience working with wheelchair users.

“RehaGym recodes your muscles and movement into natural patterns through specialized exercises focused on the geometry of human movement,” explains Zdeněk Reibl, describing his holistic approach to movement, rehabilitation, and prevention.

In addition to top managers, CEOs, and athletes, the project also supports young wheelchair users, helping them restart both their physical and psychological well-being. What makes the project exceptional is its private gym designed for both wheelchair users and mobile clients, along with the unique RE.CODE movement method.
