We Support Czech Companies That Export Quality

RESPECT has become a partner of the 6th annual Czech Exporters Award (OCE), a prestigious initiative organized by the Helas Business Agency that recognizes domestic companies with successful export strategies each year. By participating in the project, RESPECT confirms its long-term commitment to supporting the competitiveness of Czech companies and their successful expansion into international markets.

A total of 140 purely Czech-owned companies entered this year’s OCE competition, each generating more than 20 percent of its revenue from exports. The winners were selected by a jury from 96 finalists who met the competition criteria. Together, these finalists employ more than 11,000 people and exported goods and services worth billions of crowns last year. Their combined turnover reached CZK 58 billion.

Among this year’s finalists, medium-sized companies accounted for the largest share (43 percent), followed by large companies (34 percent) and small businesses (23 percent). Three quarters of the companies have been operating for more than 20 years, demonstrating their stability and long-term performance.

The following companies received awards in their respective categories:

The Strength of Czech Exports in Global Competition

Helena Kohoutová, organizer of the project and founder of the Helas Business Platform, emphasized that the nominated companies are significant employers who contribute to the economic and social stability of the Czech Republic.
“These are companies that deserve recognition. Their stories, values, and results prove that Czech entrepreneurship has strong foundations and a promising future,” she said.

Minister of Industry and Trade Lukáš Vlček also highlighted the resilience of Czech companies in adapting to new geopolitical conditions and diversifying their export destinations to ensure the long-term stability of the Czech economy.
“The Czech Exporters Award project plays an important role in this context because it recognizes exporters who have succeeded in global competition, are driving the domestic economy forward, and inspiring other businesses through their example,” the minister stated.
