RESPECT Recognized Ambassadors of Its Corporate Values

RESPECT has officially announced the winners of the second annual Milan Šlisbaur Awards, an internal recognition program. The initiative, which serves as the culmination of the company-wide campaign “January as the Month of Values,” highlights individuals who best represent the company’s four core pillars in their everyday work: attention to detail, innovation, personal responsibility, and teamwork.

The awards were presented personally by founder and CEO Zdeněk Reibl. “I see our corporate values as the backbone of RESPECT and the very essence of our DNA. These principles are what set us apart from competitors, bring us together internally, and ultimately give us the strength to face challenges. We have the extraordinary privilege of continuing to build on the moral legacy of Milan Šlisbaur. Even after eleven years, his influence remains deeply rooted in our culture. I’m very pleased that colleagues have embraced this initiative, because protecting these values means protecting the very foundation of our success,” Zdeněk Reibl emphasized during the ceremony, highlighting the importance of corporate integrity.

2025 Award Laureates

The winners were selected through a vote by employees themselves, who chose colleagues whose approach to work, clients, and teamwork they consider the most inspiring. This year’s inductees into the RESPECT Hall of Fame are:

Tomáš Micka (Headquarters Heart Award)
Tomáš Palán (Regional Heart Award and Manager of the Year 2025)

“Corporate culture cannot simply be mandated. It can, however, be supported and strengthened by recognizing employees who actively help create it. The Milan Šlisbaur Awards are our way of thanking colleagues who represent the very best of our corporate values,” added Zdeněk Reibl.

A Legacy That Lives Through People

The award is named after the late colleague Milan Šlisbaur, one of the most remarkable figures in the company’s history. Milan Šlisbaur symbolized professional precision and dedication, but above all he was a person of exceptional moral integrity. His approach to work, clients, business partners, and colleagues became the benchmark for what true professionalism means at RESPECT—not only the results achieved, but also the way they are achieved.

Voting took place throughout January as part of the campaign “January as the Month of Values,” during which the company reinforces the principles that form the foundation of its corporate culture through a range of internal activities. More than half of all employees participated in the vote, confirming the strong alignment of the team with the company’s values.
