RESPECT Organized the 16th Annual Charity Event “Magical Day with Krakonoš”

RESPECT, in cooperation with the Vesna Children’s Medical Spa, organized the 16th annual Magical Day with Krakonoš, a traditional charity event. More than 200 children with disabilities enjoyed a program prepared by dozens of volunteers from among the company’s employees.

 

The event took place during the last week of August at the spa grounds in Janské Lázně, where competition activities, creative workshops, and a number of surprises were prepared for the young patients. The children also received gifts and experiences that brightened their stay at the medical facility.

 

Magical Day with Krakonoš is a long-standing corporate social responsibility project of RESPECT. The tradition dates back to 2009 and each year supports children from the Vesna Children’s Medical Spa through financial contributions, material donations, and the personal involvement of employees.

 

“Sixteen years of this tradition confirm our belief that a successful company has a responsibility to the community. Magical Day with Krakonoš is not just a charity event—it is something close to the heart of the entire RESPECT team,” said CEO Zdeněk Reibl.

 

The event is held regularly every August and involves employees from various departments. RESPECT has long supported projects focused on helping children with disabilities and strengthening communities in the regions where the company operates.
