RESPECT Confirmed Its Market Position and Became Insurance Broker of the Year 2025

RESPECT has won the Insurance Broker of the Year 2025 award, confirming its position as one of the strongest players on the Czech insurance market. The award is presented by the Czech Insurance Brokers Association in cooperation with the Czech Insurance Association as part of a professional survey in which the results are decided directly by insurance companies.

The evaluation is based on criteria that are essential for the work of an insurance broker. These include professionalism, expertise, quality of insurance administration, communication standards, reliability, and customer service. For RESPECT, the award is not only confirmation of its market position, but above all valuable feedback from partners with whom the company cooperates daily in addressing corporate, industrial, and specialized risks.

“The Insurance Broker of the Year award is an important confirmation for us that the direction in which we have been leading RESPECT over the long term is the right one. In our industry, growth in numbers alone is not enough. What matters is the quality of work, the trust of partners, and the ability to perform in situations when clients need fast and reliable solutions. This is a commitment we take very seriously,” says Zdeněk Reibl, CEO and founder of RESPECT.

Today, RESPECT manages insurance premiums exceeding CZK 9 billion, and its team consists of nearly 900 people across the regions. Even after more than 30 years, however, the company remains a family business built on personal responsibility and long-term relationships.

One of the company’s main strategic directions has long been digitalization. The survey results were officially announced on Thursday, May 28, during the Insurance Company of the Year gala evening in Prague, attended by leading representatives of the financial and insurance sectors. In this specific category, the competition organizers traditionally announce the top five elite brokers without specifying the exact ranking of the remaining positions. By placing in this top group, RESPECT confirmed not only the title of Insurance Broker of the Year 2025, but also its long-term position among the most significant brokerage companies in the Czech Republic.
