RESPECT Announced the Ambassadors of the First Edition of the Awards Milan Šlisbaur

RESPECT ceremonially announced the ambassadors of the first-ever Awards Milan Šlisbaur, an award that honors employees who live the company’s values and continue the legacy of Milan Šlisbaur.

During the award ceremony, held as part of the board meeting, two outstanding personalities were recognized. They emerged from a three-stage voting process involving all RESPECT employees, with one winner receiving first place in two categories.

The winners were:

• Blanka Kebrtová – awarded in two categories: Head Office Heart of the Company and Manager of the Year 2024

• Kamila Dohnalová – Regional Heart of the Company

The award recipients received unique artistic sculptures symbolically combining stone, metal, and glass—representing strong foundations, life’s journey, and the culmination of personal and professional growth.

“The Awards Milan Šlisbaur, which we launched in January 2025 as part of the initiative January – the Month of Values, aim to highlight individuals who not only work according to our corporate values—personal responsibility, innovation, teamwork, and attention to detail—but truly live by them,” said Zdeněk Reibl, CEO of RESPECT. “Our winners are living proof of the dedication and professionalism that Milan Šlisbaur brought to our company,” he added.

The selection process consisted of three rounds—from nominations by colleagues, through board selection, to a final vote by company employees. This democratic approach ensured that the award recipients truly represent the values that the entire RESPECT community considers essential.

About the Awards Milan Šlisbaur

The award is named after Milan Šlisbaur, a former colleague and member of the company’s leadership who has since passed away. His leadership style and values left a lasting imprint on RESPECT’s corporate culture. The aim of this initiative is to recognize and honor those who contribute to creating a positive work environment and uphold the values of a family company while delivering top-quality services.
