Pavla Vypiorová Included Among the Inspiring Women of the Czech Financial World
Pavla Vypiorová, Board Member and Broking Director at RESPECT, has been included in the prestigious “131 Inspiring Women of Czech Finance 2025” list compiled by the #FinŽeny project and exclusively published by the business daily E15. In the third edition of the ranking this year, she was recognized in the Product Development and Innovation category.
Pavla Vypiorová has long focused on two key areas—client service and sales, and product development and innovation. Under her leadership, several important digital tools have been developed that significantly improve the quality of services for RESPECT clients. Among the most notable is the eRko mobile application, which provides clients with an instant overview of their vehicle insurance, chat assistance in the event of traffic accidents, claims reporting, a digital version of the green card, and other useful features.
Following recent digitalization related to amendments to the motor liability insurance legislation, the RESPECT Online tool has also been expanded. This platform offers clients a direct and secure interface for comprehensive insurance management of their fleet portfolios. Available 24/7, the platform allows users to make immediate changes to their insurance—ranging from adding new vehicles to removing them or printing green cards—while maintaining a strong emphasis on data security and user-friendly functionality.

About the #FinŽeny Project
The number 131 in the title of the ranking refers to the Minerva Girls’ Grammar School, the first women’s secondary school in the region, founded 131 years before the creation of the #FinŽeny project. The initiative is dedicated to women working in finance regardless of their position and is organized by the Cover Story content agency in cooperation with major financial institutions operating in the Czech market.
