What to do when an insured event occurs?

1. Do not change the condition of the items after the insured event occurrence
2. If the consequences of damage need to be eliminated immediately in order to prevent the extension of damage or the occurrence of further damage, it is necessary to provide enough evidence about the extent of damage and/or removal of the damaged items – e.g. write a detailed record with the Police or other authorities and take photographs or record a video or document the damage in other probative way
3. Contact RESPECT without undue delay on telephone number +420 227 200 200 where you will be provided with qualified advice on how to proceed in the specific situation. The damage shall be reported by the person that knows details of the insured event. It is necessary to provide the following basic information:
   • name of the insured company or individual
   • name of the injured company or individual
   • date of the insured event
   • place of the insured event
   • actual contact details
   • cause and description of damage
   • extent of damage
